The Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Busperson to join its Market (MKT) Bar team. This role is vital in maintaining the smooth operation and high standards of the bar environment, ensuring a seamless guest experience. The Busperson will actively contribute to the overall service quality by supporting the bar and lounge staff in a high-volume, upscale setting. This position offers an hourly rate of $28.76 and includes access to an excellent benefits package. Candidates must be prepared to work a flexible schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a mandatory Sunday shift.

The ideal candidate will possess at least one year of experience in an upscale bar, lounge, or restaurant setting, coupled with basic knowledge of food, wine, and cocktails. Proficiency in English is essential, including reading, writing, and oral communication skills. The role demands the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks under pressure, and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Physical duties such as lifting trays or plates up to 30 pounds and rearranging furniture are integral parts of the job. In addition, responsibilities include delivering food accurately and promptly, as well as ensuring tables, chairs, linens, glassware, and silverware are impeccably prepared to uphold the luxurious standards expected at Four Seasons.
