The Busperson role at Loews Ventana Canyon Resort is a vital position within the resort’s dining services team, reporting directly to the Outlet Manager. This role is essential in maintaining clean, organized dining spaces and supporting the servers in delivering excellent guest experiences. Job Duties

  • Clear and clean tables quickly and thoroughly
  • Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, glassware, and menus
  • Support servers by delivering food, beverages, condiments, and guest requests
  • Refill water and beverages as needed to enhance service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, floors, service stations, and tray stands
  • Remove trash and keep waste areas tidy and sanitary
  • Respond to spills promptly to ensure guest and staff safety
  • Stock service areas with silverware, glassware, napkins, and condiments
  • Assist with restocking items needed during service
  • Help prepare dining areas for the next shift or meal period
  • Provide courteous assistance to guests when approached
  • Perform other duties as assigned
