Job Requirements
- Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred
- No previous experience required but prior knowledge or experience in restaurant, hospitality, or gaming environment desirable
- Ability to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to perform physical activities such as walking, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, pushing, kneeling, squatting, crouching, stooping, and standing for entire work shifts
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
- Willingness to maintain punctual and reliable attendance
- Must wear and maintain uniform and nametag
- Ability to work in a small, confined, and sometimes slippery restaurant environment
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to work additional hours routinely
- Capability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience as a bus person or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in organization and task prioritization
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Graduation from high school or equivalent preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor
Job Duties
- Clear tables of used dishes, utensils, and trash
- Efficiently reset tables by wiping them down and arranging seating
- Collaborate with waitstaff to refill water glasses, replace utensils, and provide condiments
- Attend to guest requests courteously to enhance their dining experience
- Maintain a well-stocked supply of utensils, napkins, and condiments
- Coordinate with kitchen and waitstaff for smooth operation
- Assist with general cleaning such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- Support team members during busy periods or special events
- Arrive punctually and maintain reliable attendance
- Wear and maintain uniforms and nametag properly
- Perform other duties as directed including special projects
