This role is essential in maintaining the high standards of cleanliness and service that our guests expect. As a Busperson, you will be responsible for ensuring that all tables are clean, properly set, and ready to provide an outstanding dining experience. You will closely collaborate with servers and food runners to ensure timely, efficient service. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Physical ability to stand and move for extended periods
- Ability to maintain professional appearance
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Ensure all tables are clean and properly set
- Assist the Food Runner when necessary
- Work closely with servers to maintain table service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide exemplary hospitality
- Learn to operate the Host Stand
- Be knowledgeable of menu items and accurately answer guest questions
- Perform all cleaning, opening, and closing duties as assigned
- Process all payment methods
- Maintain a neat and professional personal appearance
- Perform other duties as assigned
