Job Requirements

Complete open availability including weekdays weekends and holidays
Ability to work varying hours based on seniority and business needs
Comfortable with a schedule that may vary week to week
Willingness to perform manual tasks including setting tables and cleaning
Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness
Ability to assist and cooperate with team members
Capacity to respond promptly and politely to guest requests

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Prior experience in a hospitality or food and beverage environment is advantageous
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated commitment to hospitality and guest service
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Physical ability to perform manual tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

Set and prepare tables for dining including folding napkins cleaning and placing tableware serving water etc.
Ensure tableware is in good and working condition and report any defects for repair
Stock maintain and clean designated food stations
Assist food servers with table service including serving beverages and breads
Retrieve and transport dirty tableware to dishwashing area
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely friendly and efficient manner
