Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- willingness to adhere to company policies and safety standards
- team player mentality
- physical ability to perform repetitive tasks such as carrying trays and standing for extended periods
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication and teamwork skills
- self-motivated with a positive attitude
- willingness to perform additional duties as required
Job Duties
- create custom member and guest experiences by delivering exceptional hospitality
- maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the restaurants, bars, and all other workstations assigned
- comply with all safety and health department procedures and all state and federal liquor laws
- maintain company safety and sanitation standards
- notify management of member/guest complaints at the time they occur
- practice good service recovery by rectifying any complaints as soon as possible
- quickly break down and reset tables by cleaning, organizing, and restocking
