The Business Travel Sales Manager role at Hilton Motif Seattle is a thrilling opportunity for a talented sales professional seeking to advance their career within the dynamic hospitality sector. This position offers a salary range of $80,175 to $85,175, commensurate with applicable and specialized experience. The successful candidate will be entrusted with driving business travel sales by developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies to attract and secure large and complex group accommodations. This includes not only securing sleeping rooms but also facilitating meeting space and food and beverage services tailored to client needs.

In this role, the Business Travel Sales Manager acts as a critical link between the hotel and its current and prospective clients, serving as the hotel's representative by responding to sales inquiries, initiating new sales leads, conducting site visits, negotiating contracts, preparing proposals, and managing client accounts to ensure utmost satisfaction. The position demands a strong skill set in customer and account management, prospecting potential clients, and executing effective negotiation tactics to meet or exceed established revenue and room night goals. By working cross-functionally with various internal hotel departments, the manager ensures seamless delivery of the services promised to clients, reinforcing Hilton Motif Seattle’s commitment to exceptional hospitality.
