Job Description

Our establishment is a dedicated care-centered community service provider focused on enriching the lives of seniors. With a warm and welcoming culture, we prioritize caring for our team members as much as we care for our residents. Founded on the principles of kindness, enthusiasm, and cheerfulness, our team works together to create an uplifting atmosphere that brightens the daily lives of the seniors we serve. We believe that each member of our team plays a valuable and irreplaceable role, contributing not only technical skills but also emotional warmth and compassion to the community. This balanced approach fosters a positive, supportive environment where both our residents and team members can thrive and grow.

We are currently inviting applications for the position of Office Manager with a focus on human resources and accounting functions within our property. This role offers you an opportunity to be an integral part of our mission by managing key administrative and financial operations. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the general administration of human resource systems as well as the accounting systems, including accounts payable, billing, and accounts receivable collections. You will work closely with an interdisciplinary team and healthcare providers, ensuring smooth financial processes and effective communication across departments.

Our organization provides competitive wages with an increased wage scale based on experience, affirming our commitment to rewarding talent and dedication. We offer a generous benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and supplemental insurance, alongside paid time off (PTO), referral bonus programs, flexible spending accounts, and a 401(k) plan to support your financial future. We also encourage continuous career growth by offering online and in-person education and training, an education reimbursement program, and ongoing training services designed to help you advance professionally.

Your role as Office Manager is vital in maintaining the operational efficiency that underpins the quality care we provide. Through your effective technology use, organizational skills, and team collaboration, you will help us ensure that administrative and financial tasks are handled promptly and accurately. We are looking for candidates who have preferably experience in long-term care billing and collections, including knowledge of Medicaid, long-term care policies, and general insurance processes. Your ability to work with diverse teams and health care providers will make a significant difference in our continued commitment to quality service.

Joining our team also means becoming part of a community that values fun and team engagement. We offer monthly all-staff meetings featuring enjoyable events and prizes, as well as access to 'Perks at Work,' which provides over 30,000 national and local employee discounts, online classes, and personal development opportunities. If you have a heart to serve, a positive attitude, and a desire to learn and grow, you will find a fulfilling and enriching environment here with us.
