Job Requirements

  • Associate degree or higher in business, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant leadership experience in assisted living or similar settings
  • Proven experience managing accounting and HR functions
  • Familiarity with state regulatory requirements and compliance procedures
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work independently
  • Willingness to undergo background check and pass E-Verify
  • Availability to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Office Director (Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred)
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and customer service skills
  • Knowledge of basic accounting processes and HR best practices
  • Experience with compliance, audits, and state regulations
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed
  • CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain
  • Passion for serving older adults

Job Duties

  • Lead and manage the Business Office, Concierge, and Transportation teams
  • Oversee accounts payable, billing, deposits, collections, and budgeting
  • Maintain accurate resident files, lease paperwork, and billing records
  • Manage payroll processes, HR documentation, onboarding, and personnel files
  • Support hiring, coaching, training, performance reviews, and team development
  • Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
  • Participate in community tours, events, and the Leader on Duty rotation
  • Promote a safe, positive, and resident-centered environment
