Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of customer-facing work experience (1 year of supervisory work preferred)
- ability to create and maintain a positive work environment, delegate effectively, follow up, make independent decisions, resolve customer and associate issues, transcribe data accurately, understand numeric filing systems, use word processing and spreadsheet programs, multitask in a fast-paced environment, lift objects weighing up to 15-20 lbs, communicate effectively with internal and external customers, complete CarMax-provided training on Business Office functions
