WCF Events is currently expanding its accomplished sales team by adding a Business Development Manager (Sales Representative) who will focus on selling corporate events, team building programs, and picnics to Chicago's top companies. This full-time, in-person position is based at their main office located in Lincoln Park, near the Kennedy Expressway at Armitage and Ashland. The role involves a 5-day work week onsite during normal business hours.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving new business growth through outbound sales, primarily by building and enhancing an existing database of potential clients. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals who enjoy a hunter mentality, leveraging warm leads to generate repeat sales and foster long-term client relationships. Instead of selling ordinary products, you will be creating experiences that companies and their teams remember as their Best Day of the Year.

You will be using CRM software to manage leads and develop professional proposals tailored to client needs. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission, with first-year on-target earnings ranging from $50,000 to $70,000, and future potential exceeding $100,000 based on performance.
