Job Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, ideally with air and ocean focus
  • proven track record in winning new business
  • strong knowledge of international logistics and U.S. trade regulations
  • skilled in presenting to and negotiating with senior-level stakeholders
  • based in or willing to travel frequently throughout the San Francisco Bay Area
  • self-motivated, independent, and target-oriented

Job Duties

  • Identify and secure new air and ocean freight customers across the territory
  • manage the full sales process from lead generation through client onboarding
  • partner with pricing and operations teams to craft competitive solutions
  • build and maintain a healthy pipeline through outreach and networking
  • consistently achieve or surpass gross profit targets
  • ensure smooth handover of accounts to the operations team
