Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • 3-7 years of experience in sales with a track record of success
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and proactively
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Willingness to work hybrid in Michigan or remotely outside Michigan
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close sales

Job Qualifications

  • 3-7 years of sales experience with proven success
  • 4-year college degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Advanced user of a major CRM system
  • Technical sales experience preferred
  • Experience or understanding of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) preferred

Job Duties

  • Lead generation through networking, email campaigns, cold calling, and industry events
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities
  • Qualifying potential clients based on their needs and company fit
  • Developing and delivering persuasive sales presentations
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships
  • Negotiating contract terms and conditions to close deals
  • Tracking and reporting on sales performance and client feedback
