Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree
- 15+ years of experience in new business acquisition in logistics, supply chain or freight forwarding
- strong knowledge of North American logistics and supply chain solutions
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to develop relationships and win new clients
- experience with CRM and sales analytics tools
- ability to work independently with entrepreneurial drive
- authorization to work in the U.S.
Job Qualifications
- proven track record in new business acquisition especially in B2B logistics or supply chain
- demonstrated ability to win new logo customers through data-driven targeting and consultative selling
- deep understanding of North American logistics and integrated supply chain solutions
- strong analytical and commercial mindset
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- entrepreneurial energy and accountability
- expertise in applied technology for prospecting and target identification
- bachelor’s degree required, advanced degrees or certifications such as CSCP or SCPro are a plus
Job Duties

- collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft proposals
- own the full sales cycle using structured sales methodologies
