Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales
  • experience in healthcare or home care preferred
  • excellent communication and presentation skills
  • self-starter mentality
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • experience with CRM or sales platforms
  • valid driver’s license
  • reliable transportation
  • passion for caregiving services

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred
  • minimum 2 years of success in business development, sales, or community outreach, healthcare or home-care industry experience strongly preferred
  • exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • self-starter with ability to set strategies and execute details
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/sales platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce
  • valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for frequent local travel
  • passion for improving lives and representing meaningful services

Job Duties

  • Identify new referral partners such as hospitals, rehab centers, assisted-living facilities, physician groups, and community organizations
  • cultivate relationships through on-site visits, Lunch-and-Learns, presentations, and networking events
  • educate and position solutions by communicating how Mindful Senior Care improves outcomes, reduces readmissions, and supports family caregivers
  • collaborate on marketing efforts by partnering with the marketing team to create brochures, digital content, and slide decks
  • track market intelligence including competitor activity, industry trends, and referral conversion data
  • generate and qualify leads using cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and community outreach
  • partner with care coordination to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction
  • log all touchpoints accurately in the CRM
  • meet and exceed monthly referral, revenue, and growth goals
