The resort offers a diverse range of amenities, including multiple fine dining and casual eateries, vibrant nightlife venues, a vast gaming floor, and luxurious accommodations. With a strong emphasis on delivering an exceptional guest experience, Resorts World Las Vegas seeks team members who are passionate, motivated, and dedicated to embodying the company’s core values, ensuring every visitor feels welcomed and valued. The resort cultivates a supportive work environment where employees are empowered to take ownership of their roles and contribute to the overall success of the property. Joining Resorts World means becoming part of a dynamic team focused on excellence, safety, and customer satisfaction, making it one of the most exciting and rewarding places to work in the hospitality industry.
The Bus Runner role at Resorts World Las Vegas is a vital position within the Food and Beverage department, supporting the fast-paced and energetic dining environments across the resort’s many venues. This role acts as the backbone of the dining service, assisting both front of house and back of house teams to deliver seamless food and beverage service to all guests. As a Bus Runner, responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness of tables by clearing finished courses, replenishing cutlery, assisting servers with food and beverage delivery, responding promptly to guest requests, and helping restock supplies. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and the ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays, reflecting the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. The Bus Runner must also obtain and maintain position-specific licenses such as the Alcohol Awareness Card and Food Handler Card to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.

The physical demands include the ability to tolerate noise, temperature variations, and perform tasks involving bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Team members are expected to actively contribute to the company’s core values, including safety, security, environmental standards, and guest experience, making the Bus Runner an ambassador of Resorts World’s commitment to excellence. By joining this team, candidates will be part of a prestigious establishment focused on teamwork, professionalism, and outstanding guest service, offering meaningful work experiences and opportunities for advancement in the vibrant Las Vegas hospitality industry.
