- One year bussing experience
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Able to lift forty pounds without difficulty
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule due to business needs including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner
- Responsible for bussing and pre-bussing tables
- Assist wait staff in serving guests' needs if necessary
- Reset tables to established specifications
- Maintain clean and fully stocked work area and side stations
- Remove all dirty dishes from dining area and restock stations with clean items
- Ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes
- Relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Shift Managers and Outlet Managers
- Promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations
- Promotes honesty and trust among the team
- Performs all other duties as assigned
