Job Requirements
- One year bussing experience
- must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift forty pounds without difficulty
- must be able to work a flexible schedule due to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Serves guest in a friendly and efficient manner
- responsible for bussing and pre-bussing tables
- assist wait staff in serving guests' needs if necessary
- reset tables to established specifications
- maintain clean and fully stocked work area and side stations
- remove all dirty dishes from dining area and restock stations with clean items
- ensures that work area is clean and sanitary in accordance with Health Department Codes
- relays all guest compliments and complaints to Food & Beverage Shift Managers and Outlet Managers
- promotes outstanding internal and external guest relations
- promotes honesty and trust among the team
- performs all other duties as assigned
