Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work varying schedules including holidays and weekends
Physical ability to stand for extended periods, walk, push, lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, kneel, or crouch
Willingness to follow safety protocols and wear protective safety equipment
Commitment to adhering to sustainability practices and standards
Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment preferred
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Physical ability to perform duties involving standing, walking, lifting, and bending

Job Duties

Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods
Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area
Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM's EarthView program
Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards
Perform other duties as requested by management
