Job Requirements
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying serving trays weighing up to 20 pounds
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be willing to follow company policies and procedures
- Must maintain personal hygiene and wear proper uniform
- Must be able to communicate effectively
Job Qualifications
- Basic skills in sanitation, safety, and customer service obtained through in-house training
- Ability to communicate clearly
- High level of mobility and flexibility
- Ability to work under stress and pressure during peak hours
- High coordination skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds for distances up to 30 feet
- Ability to fit through a 30-inch wide opening
- Capability to perform frequent reaching, bending, pushing, and pulling
- Ability to stand and walk continuously during shifts
Job Duties
- Report to work well-groomed in clean and proper uniform and practice good personal hygiene
- Set dining tables with dishes, silverware, glassware, and condiments prior to meal service
- Remove soiled dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables and carry them to the kitchen after meals
- Monitor and oversee food temperatures to reduce risk factors for foodborne illness
- Clear table crumbs and wipe tables and chairs clean
- Vacuum the floor around dining tables and maintain cleanliness of stations and work areas
- Perform side work during downtime including rolling silverware, restocking condiments, and cleaning work areas and restrooms
