The Retreat on Charleston Peak is a unique mountain escape nestled at an elevation of 6,700 feet in scenic Kyle Canyon, just about 45 minutes away from the vibrant Las Vegas Strip. This exquisite retreat offers a gourmet dining experience coupled with a lively bar featuring games and TVs, all set against breathtaking mountain views. Beyond dining, The Retreat provides scenic hiking trails and versatile event spaces perfect for weddings and celebrations, making it a prime destination for locals and visitors seeking a memorable getaway. We are currently looking for an energetic and friendly busser/server assistant to join our close-knit team. This role is vital to the smooth operation of the restaurant, as you support servers and kitchen staff to ensure a seamless dining experience from beginning to end. As a busser/server assistant at The Retreat, you will be the behind-the-scenes hero who keeps tables clean and reset, assists in running food from the kitchen to tables, refills drinks, and helps maintain fully stocked condiment stations. Your responsibilities will also include helping keep the service stations and kitchen organized, contributing significantly to a positive and efficient work environment. Every day in this role brings variety and an opportunity to engage with both guests and staff in a dynamic setting where no two shifts are the same.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in food service is advantageous
- valid Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one
- valid TAM Card or willingness to obtain one
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift during shifts
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
