Job Duties
- assist waithelp with table-setting
- remove dirty dishes and soiled linen
- pick up, deliver and replenish supplies as needed
- serve incidentals such as water, coffee, tea, butter to ensure total guest satisfaction
- clear and clean tables, service stations and equipment
- prepare china, silver, glassware for the dishwasher
- maintain cleanliness of the dining room and surrounding areas
- set up and replenish buffet lines
