Job Duties
- Assist waithelp with table-setting
- Remove dirty dishes and soiled linen
- Pick up, deliver and replenish supplies as needed
- Serve incidentals such as water, coffee, tea, and butter
- Clear and clean tables, service stations and equipment
- Prepare china, silverware, and glassware for dishwasher
- Maintain cleanliness of dining room and surrounding areas
- Set up and replenish buffet lines
