The Greeter - Bus position is a part-time role within the Loyalty Marketing department at Wind Creek Bethlehem. This position plays a crucial front-line role in enhancing the guest experience by communicating the company's package offerings to passengers on arriving buses. The individual in this role is responsible for creating an upbeat and positive image of the Bus Marketing team and coordinating logistics related to the arrival and departure of buses. The Greeter - Bus ensures that guests receive clear and friendly communication about available packages and departure information, assisting them as needed. This role requires punctuality, professional appearance, and the ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays. The job demands the ability to stand for prolonged periods and work in different environments, including indoors and outdoors, sometimes in the presence of environmental factors such as cigarette smoke and noise.
