Job Duties

  • Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
  • Navigate a variety of routes with professionalism and punctuality
  • Provide exceptional customer service creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for passengers
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the vehicle
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers dispatch and management ensuring a smooth travel experience
  • Adhere to company policies and DOT regulations
  • Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management
