Job Duties
- Ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers adhering to all traffic and safety regulations
- Navigate a variety of routes with professionalism and punctuality
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for passengers
- Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections maintaining the cleanliness and operational efficiency of the vehicle
- Communicate clearly and effectively with passengers dispatch and management ensuring a smooth travel experience
- Adhere to company policies and DOT regulations
- Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly to management
