The role of Burrito Bros team member – specifically the Fast Food Cashier position – is a critical part of this mission. Starting at $15-$16 per hour plus tips and featuring open shifts to accommodate flexible working hours, this position is much more than a standard food service job. Team members are frontline ambassadors, tasked with delivering fast, friendly, and professional service. You’ll be engaging directly with a diverse customer base, primarily travelers and truckers, who depend on quick, accurate food service and a pleasant environment throughout their journey. As part of your daily duties, you will greet every guest with a smile, put away shipments, wipe down menu boards, participate in crew safety meetings and resolve any workflow bottlenecks in food preparation. Maintaining high levels of professionalism is mandatory, alongside timely and accurate cash handling, inventory checks, and scheduling compliance.
