Burgerville is seeking a dedicated General Manager to lead in upholding standards for excellence in food quality, guest experience, and staff development. The role involves engaging in fostering actions to deliver restaurant performance while building a workplace culture grounded in the mission to Serve with Love. The General Manager will be actively present during all restaurant operating hours and spend 80% of their time on the restaurant floor and 20% in back-office support.
