We are currently seeking Restaurant General Managers (RGM) to join our expanding team. The RGM plays a vital role in leading the overall operations of our restaurants, ensuring that each location meets GPS Hospitality's rigorous standards for guest satisfaction, food quality, cleanliness, and business performance. This leadership role involves overseeing various functional areas, including staffing, scheduling, safety compliance, financial management, and customer service. The ideal candidate will be hands-on and capable of working across all shifts—from breakfast and lunch to dinner and late-night periods, including weekends.

The RGM is responsible for driving restaurant success by hitting sales and profit budgets, managing payroll and expenses, and ensuring tight restaurant controls on cash and inventory. They will lead a team of managers and crew members who share a passion for delivering impeccable service. The role requires strong operational expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to maintain a safe and clean environment that complies with all health and safety regulations.

Additionally, the RGM will foster positive relationships within the community and maintain frequent interactions with guests, local businesses, and various organizations to enhance the restaurant's public image and reach. They are also tasked with implementing company policies, marketing promotions, and training programs to develop a motivated and skilled workforce.
