Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • Physical requirements (approximately 67-100 percent of a scheduled shift): climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling reaching standing walking repetitive motion (substantial motions of the wrists hands and/or fingers) visual acuity talking hearing and ability to push pull and lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related restaurant or customer service experience
  • Two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
  • Must be 16 or older for crew positions
  • Must be 18 or older for management positions
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • Servsafe certificate is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and excellent communication skills
  • Experience in fostering teamwork and providing coaching and feedback

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile receives orders processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues
  • Operates cash register or point of sale devices as needed and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
  • Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products
  • Cleans kitchen area counters food preparation areas and utensils
  • Cleans dining room restrooms and exterior grounds
  • Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
