Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
- Physical requirements (approximately 67-100 percent of a scheduled shift): climbing balancing stooping kneeling crouching crawling reaching standing walking repetitive motion (substantial motions of the wrists hands and/or fingers) visual acuity talking hearing and ability to push pull and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- One year of related restaurant or customer service experience
- Two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
- Must be 16 or older for crew positions
- Must be 18 or older for management positions
- Bilingual skills are a plus
- Servsafe certificate is a plus
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Energetic and excellent communication skills
- Experience in fostering teamwork and providing coaching and feedback
Job Duties
- Greets guests with a smile receives orders processes payments and responds appropriately to customer issues
- Operates cash register or point of sale devices as needed and uses value-added suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
- Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders
- Prepares and packages food and drink products
- Cleans kitchen area counters food preparation areas and utensils
- Cleans dining room restrooms and exterior grounds
- Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
