This job opportunity encompasses multiple roles including Team Member, Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. Each position contributes to the overall success of our restaurant by ensuring smooth operations, exceptional customer service, and adherence to Burger King’s brand values. As a Team Member, you will be responsible for engaging with guests, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and supporting daily restaurant functions. Leadership roles involve overseeing team performance, providing coaching and development, managing inventory, and sustaining operational excellence. Our management positions require strong decision-making skills, the ability to motivate staff, and a dedication to optimizing both guest satisfaction and business growth.

Job Requirements
- Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
- willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
- comfortable working in a fast paced environment
- ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
- ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
- physical requirements include climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion, visual acuity, talking, hearing, ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- one year of related restaurant or customer service experience
- two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management roles
- must be at least 16 years old for crew positions
- must be at least 18 years old for management positions
- bilingual skills are a plus
- ServSafe certification is a plus
- ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
