Candidates applying for these roles should have at least a high school diploma or equivalent. Experience requirements vary by position: one year of relevant experience is necessary for crew members, with two or more years of supervisory or management experience required for managerial positions. Bi-lingual skills, particularly in languages frequently spoken in our communities, are considered a strong advantage, as is having a ServSafe certificate to enhance food safety knowledge. Employees must be 16 years or older for crew roles and 18 or older for management roles.
