We are currently looking to expand our team with passionate and energetic individuals for various positions, including Team Member, Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, and General Manager. These roles are integral to maintaining the high standards of service and operational efficiency our customers expect. As a Team Member, you will be the face of the restaurant, responsible for greeting guests warmly, ensuring order accuracy, preparing food items, and maintaining cleanliness standards. Shift Leaders and managers will take on additional responsibilities, including supervising team performance, coaching staff, handling administrative duties, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. We value candidates who are enthusiastic, communicative, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where teamwork is essential. Applicants must be at least 16 years old for crew positions and 18 or older for management roles. Having a high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in the restaurant or customer service industry is preferred. Bilingual skills and servsafe certification are considered advantageous. Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age
  • Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • Physical requirements (approximately 67-100 percent of a scheduled shift): climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motion (substantial motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers), visual acuity, talking , hearing and ability to push, pull, and lift a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related restaurant, customer service, and service industry experience
  • For management roles: two or more years of supervisory or management experience
  • Must be 16 or older to apply for crew positions
  • Must be 18 or older to apply for management positions
  • Bi-lingual skills are a plus
  • Servsafe certificate is a plus
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to foster teamwork and provide daily coaching and feedback
  • Experience in training and development

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile, receives orders, processes payments, and responds appropriately to customer issues
  • Operates cash register or point of sale devices and uses suggestive-selling techniques to generate additional sales opportunities
  • Verifies the accuracy of guests' orders
  • Prepares and packages food and drink products
  • Cleans kitchen area, counters, food preparation areas, and utensils
  • Cleans dining room, restrooms, and exterior grounds
  • Maintains health and safety standards in work areas
