Job Requirements

  • Must be at least sixteen (16) years of age for crew positions
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age for management positions
  • Willing to accomplish all restaurant tasks
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to interact productively with co-workers and function well in a team environment
  • Ability to resolve consumer issues with tact
  • Physical ability to perform tasks including climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, standing, walking, repetitive motions of wrists and hands, visual acuity, talking, hearing, and lifting a minimum of 25 pounds

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of related restaurant or customer service experience
  • Two or more years of supervisory or management experience for management positions
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Energetic with excellent communication skills
  • Bilingual skills are a plus
  • ServSafe certificate is preferred

Job Duties

  • Greets guests with a smile and assists with orders
  • Processes payments accurately using cash register or point of sale devices
  • Prepares and packages food and beverage products following safety and quality standards
  • Maintains cleanliness in kitchen, dining areas, restrooms, and exterior grounds
  • Upholds health and safety standards throughout work areas
  • Unloads and stocks inventory items as needed
  • Performs duties across multiple workstations including front counter, Drive-Thru, and expediter roles
  • Ensures prompt and regular attendance on assigned shifts
  • Resolves customer issues professionally and efficiently
  • Provides positive communication with customers, peers, and managers
  • Follows uniform and grooming policies
  • Trains and coaches team members (for supervisory roles)
  • Leads team to achieve restaurant goals (for management roles)
