Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service experience a plus
- ability to follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to perform moderate physical tasks including standing, walking and lifting up to 50 lbs
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- perform prep cook tasks such as washing, chopping, and sorting ingredients
- perform grill cook tasks including setting up broiler, fryer and grill stations according to line check sheets
- prepare products to guests' specifications and follow plate presentation guides
- complete prep, freezer pull and temperature checklist sheets
- practice safe food handling, storage, and waste control procedures
- maintain equipment per operating standards
- prioritize work according to restaurant and guest needs
- build strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
