This role involves assisting in the planning and execution of events such as Kid's College, Operation Bulldogs Serve, and Bulldog Orientation. These events cater to a wide demographic, from young children to older adults, reflecting the department's commitment to inclusivity and community outreach.

The position requires serving as a group leader and event guide, overseeing participants ranging from ages 5 to 90. The individual will work closely with Navarro College faculty and staff, acting as a teaching assistant during events to ensure smooth operation and participant engagement. Responsibilities include leading interactive activities, assisting in event setup and clean-up, and maintaining the safety and well-being of all event participants from start to finish. Given the dynamic nature of community events, the role demands excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, the ability to multitask in a busy environment, and a willingness to work flexible hours, including some evenings and occasional weekends.
