The Bulk Driver is pivotal in maintaining excellent communication with customers, understanding their service needs, and ensuring proper handling of hazardous cargo with strict adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) for safety and environmental compliance.
This role also demands collaborative management of loading and unloading activities, thorough pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, and documentation of any vehicle deficiencies. Drivers maintain a professional personal appearance and care for their vehicles, which are equipped with advanced technology like onboard computers, collision avoidance systems, and camera technology to enhance safety and efficiency.
The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, reflecting experience and commitment, including overtime pay with time-and-a-half after 40 hours weekly and double time for Sunday and holiday work. Employees have the opportunity to earn safety bonuses of up to $2,000 a year and receive a referral bonus of $1,000. This is a full-time role with weekly pay via direct deposit. On average, the driver can expect one overnight stay per month to support flexible team operations across all days of the week, with shift start times varying between midnight and 8 AM.

The company offers up to fourteen weeks of paid childbirth benefits, a 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions, tuition assistance, paid holidays, vacation time, and sick leave, with benefits eligibility beginning just 30 days after hire. This inclusive approach ensures employees and their families receive competitive support and financial security while fostering professional growth and job satisfaction.
