Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certified Food Protection Manager (CPFM) or equivalent certification
- Previous experience in food handling or deli operations preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

Job Duties
- Coordinate the work of employees in the Bulk Deli department
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and policies
- Execute company goals related to the Bulk Deli department
- Maintain food safety standards including Certified Food Protection Manager compliance
- Oversee daily operations in a fast-paced grocery store environment
- Monitor and support employee performance
- Handle physical tasks such as lifting, standing, walking, and kneeling as required by the job
