Job Duties
- Maintain cleanliness of public spaces, entrances, restrooms, stairwells, offices, cubicles, and conference rooms
- Assist with inside maintenance such as lighting, carpeting, and small repairs
- Support facility changes including meeting room setup/tear down, workstation adjustments, or small moves
- Provide light upkeep of outdoor landscaping, lawns, walkways, and parking areas
- Operate within a 151,500 square foot facility and surrounding grounds including paved lots, landscaped beds, and sprinkling systems
- Participate in special projects and professional development
- Follow safety procedures including occasional use of hazardous cleaning chemicals
- Perform other duties as assigned
