The Clare is currently seeking a hospitality-focused Building Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. This role is integral to the smooth and efficient operation of the community’s physical environment, ensuring that all building systems and facilities are maintained to the highest standards. As a Building Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing routine and preventive maintenance tasks across various trades including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, mechanical, plastering, and painting. This multifaceted role requires technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and address maintenance issues promptly while adhering to established policies and procedures.

You will be expected to service HVAC units and systems, conduct weekly emergency generator tests as specified by manufacturers, and ensure all maintenance activities meet regulatory compliance and internal standards. This role is ideal for someone with technical training and certification in HVAC, along with a solid foundation in plumbing, carpentry, and electrical systems.
