Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Three to five years of related Class A mid-rise property maintenance experience
- HVAC EPA certification preferred
- Maintenance Electrician license preferred
- SMA-SMT certification/training a plus
- Strong working knowledge of plumbing electrical and HVAC
- Basic knowledge of hand tolls and understanding of safety
- Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI and blockchain to drive innovation and continuous learning

Job Duties
- Oversee the physical condition of the complex ensuring safety and functionality through routine inspections and maintenance of building operations including heating lighting HVAC plumbing electrical systems and utilities
- Maintain fire and life safety standards respond to after-hours emergencies on a rotating basis ensure compliance with corporate policies and safety regulations
- Collaborate with the Property Manager to maintain a welcoming and functional environment for tenants and guests
- Manage tenant work orders coordinate with property management staff provide technical expertise to address maintenance issues
- Support decision-making on repair feasibility and budget considerations facilitate external contractor proposals and inspections
- Maintain accurate and accessible records through the MRI/Angus Work Order system documenting preventive maintenance equipment repairs utility cut-offs and part inventories
- Estimate maintenance costs procure necessary materials and maintain up-to-date safety documentation including MSDS manuals
