We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Food Operations Manager to oversee the operational control of food operations during their assigned shift. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of meal plans as determined by the Executive Sous Chef, guaranteeing quality and consistency across all food offerings. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining excellent internal and external guest service, managing staff schedules, supervising menu planning and recipe implementation, as well as ensuring proper equipment maintenance. This position demands strong communication and organizational abilities, as well as expertise in training and counseling employees according to company policies. Job Requirements

Job Duties
