Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality
- Ability to manage and lead a team
- Effective organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience in food operations management
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to execute and oversee meal plans
- Experience in staff training and counseling
- Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance
- Experience in interviewing and scheduling staff
- Familiarity with menu planning and recipe development
Job Duties
- Responsible for the operational control of food operations on assigned shift
- Excellent internal and external guest service
- Execution of meal plan laid out by Executive Sous Chef
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Proper staff maintenance of equipment
- Oversee menu planning and recipes
- Interviews qualified candidates for open positions
- Schedules and approves changes in schedule for assigned shift
- Trains and counsels employees according to SSC policies and procedures
- Other reasonable duties as assigned
