Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED), or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Ability to obtain a food handler's card
- Ability to pass all alcohol awareness training
- Ability to obtain and maintain licensing by the appropriate gaming authority
- Ability to obtain a state-issued alcoholic beverage license
- Requires standing for long periods of time, frequent bending, and kneeling
- Must be able to lift objects up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in settings that may include exposure to second-hand smoke and crowd noise

Job Duties
- Serve all beverages ordered by guests in a proper, efficient, and friendly manner
- Provide exceptional customer service to all guests, promptly fulfilling requests
- Uphold cleanliness standards for your station and shared areas of responsibility
- Perform all pre-bussing during the dining experience to ensure tables are cleared efficiently
- Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment (The Big Six)
