Job Requirements

  • Must successfully pass a TSA background check and drug screening
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States
  • Open availability, including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred
  • Experience in airport lounges, hotels, resorts, or high-volume environments is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
  • Professional appearance with a friendly, service-focused attitude that reflects Hawaiian hospitality

Job Duties

  • Set up, maintain, and break down buffet and service stations
  • Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed
  • Ensure all items are attractively presented and meet quality standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas and equipment
  • Assist with clearing tables and supporting overall lounge operations
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and safety briefings
  • Communicate guest needs or operational concerns promptly
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
