Job Requirements
- Must successfully pass a TSA background check and drug screening
- Must be authorized to work in the United States
- Open availability, including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service preferred
- Experience in airport lounges, hotels, resorts, or high-volume environments is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, adaptable, and detail-oriented
- Professional appearance with a friendly, service-focused attitude that reflects Hawaiian hospitality
Job Duties
- Set up, maintain, and break down buffet and service stations
- Replenish food, beverages, utensils, and supplies as needed
- Ensure all items are attractively presented and meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all service areas and equipment
- Assist with clearing tables and supporting overall lounge operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and safety briefings
- Communicate guest needs or operational concerns promptly
- Perform additional duties as assigned
