Job Duties

  • Operates a cash register/P.O.S. system and performs cashier functions such as giving the guest or server the correct change
  • accounts for all cash, charge, and other transactions according to established procedure
  • greet and seat guests utilizing established guest service guidelines
  • answer phone and coordinate reservations, special guest requests, and messages
  • respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
  • answer guest questions in regards to menu items, pricing, specials and promotional events
  • assist servers and bussers when needed
