Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age or higher, per applicable law
- Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- As a Server, you are not just taking orders
- you are orchestrating an engaging and enjoyable visit for every guest
- This role is about more than just delivering food
- it's about anticipating needs, building rapport, and ensuring that from the moment they walk in until they leave, our guests feel welcomed and well-cared for
- You will collaborate seamlessly with both the kitchen and bar teams to ensure all food and drink orders are delivered accurately and promptly, maintaining Buffalo Wild Wings' high standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction
- This involves meticulous attention to detail in order taking, proactive communication with guests, and maintaining a friendly and efficient pace throughout their meal, all while upholding our commitment to superior guest experience and brand reputation
- As a Buffalo Wild Wings Server, you will create legendary dining experiences by welcoming guests warmly, accurately taking food and drink orders, and ensuring their complete satisfaction from arrival to departure
- You'll work in conjunction with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely delivery of orders, address any guest needs promptly, and maintain a clean and inviting dining area, contributing to a truly memorable meal for all guests
