We are currently seeking motivated, outgoing, and energetic individuals to join our event marketing team as part-time Event Marketers. This role focuses on representing Leaf Home at various trade shows, fairs, festivals, and community events throughout the area. The Event Marketer is responsible for engaging with potential customers, providing product demonstrations, and generating qualified leads to support our local sales teams. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dynamic and highly regarded team, contribute to our company’s growth, and gain valuable experience in event marketing and sales. The role requires a self-starter who can work independently while maintaining strong communication with their Event Marketing Manager. Leaf Home provides an attractive compensation package starting at $18 per hour plus commission, paid weekly every Friday. Job Requirements

ability to work weekends (friday, saturday, sunday)
reliable vehicle and valid driver's license required
attention to detail and punctual
self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers about our product line
high level of energy, engagement and standing for extended periods of time at events
ability to utilize our proven system to generate qualified leads for our rapidly growing company
must have a smartphone to use the company timekeeping application and submit leads

Job Qualifications

high school diploma or equivalent
previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service preferred
strong communication and interpersonal skills
ability to engage and educate potential customers
self-motivated with a positive attitude

Job Duties

interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using high energy and positive engagement techniques
work well without close supervision but always keeping the manager informed
generate and data capture show leads for our award-winning products
event set up and tear down with ability to lift to 50 pounds
