As a Buca Host/Takeout team member at Kansas City Plaza, you will hold a vital role in shaping the guest experience and ensuring smooth operations related to takeout orders. The position requires you to be the first point of contact for customers, warmly greeting and seating guests as they arrive. You will manage reservations and oversee the organization of seating arrangements to ensure guests are comfortably accommodated, enhancing their overall dining experience.
In addition to serving dine-in guests, you will coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure that all takeout orders are efficiently processed, accurately prepared, and delivered on time. Handling takeout inquiries over the phone and assisting customers with their orders will also be part of your responsibilities. Maintaining cleanliness and organization within the host and takeout areas will promote a professional and welcoming environment.

Job Duties
