As a Buca Host at the Indianapolis location, you will serve as the essential first point of contact for guests entering the restaurant. This role is critical in setting the tone for the entire dining experience, acting as the welcoming face and voice that shapes guests' initial impressions. Your primary responsibility will include warmly greeting guests, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to maintain an efficient and pleasant flow throughout the dining room. Moreover, you will provide guests with accurate information about the menu, specials, and restaurant policies, aiming to ensure satisfaction and answer any inquiries promptly and courteously. Collaboration with the waitstaff and management teams will be necessary to optimize seating arrangements and maintain a seamless dining operation. Handling guest complaints or concerns professionally and focusing on resolution will also form a key part of this role. In doing so, the Buca Host directly contributes to generating memorable dining experiences that encourage return visits and create positive word-of-mouth. With strong communication and interpersonal skills required daily, the host role offers an opportunity to develop excellent customer service expertise and to be part of a dynamic restaurant team dedicated to hospitality excellence.

- Previous experience in a customer service role
