The Wait Assistant role is an essential part of this dynamic team. This position primarily supports servers and bartenders by attending to guests' needs, running food and beverages, and ensuring that tables are reset quickly and efficiently. Wait Assistants help maintain the smooth operation of the restaurant, performing tasks such as cleaning up spills, restocking condiments and beverage supplies, preparing non-alcoholic drinks, and maintaining cleanliness and organization at workstations throughout the shift. Attention to detail, teamwork, and a positive attitude are crucial qualities for anyone in this role. Job Requirements

High school degree or equivalent preferred
prior bussing or related experience preferred
ability to perform sensory tasks including vision, hearing, tasting, smelling, touching, and speaking
willingness to follow safety and sanitation policies
ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
positive communication skills
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
