Job Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Minimum one year cooking experience in high-volume restaurant preferred
  • Ability to perform essential duties satisfactory

  • Ability to adapt to changing business needs

Job Duties

  • Prepare all menu items applicable to station according to recipes and specifications
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work station and kitchen area
  • Inspect food preparation areas to ensure food safety and sanitary standards
  • Comply with portion sizes, quality standards, kitchen rules, and company policies
  • Estimate food consumption and requisition supplies as needed
  • Set up line according to kitchen guidelines and par sheets
  • Assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, storage, and walk-in areas
